Laboratorios Le Roy, S.A. de C.V. is a 100% Mexican company founded in May 1937. It was the first to manufacture elastic bandages in Mexico and grew into a leading maker of wound-care materials, medical devices, orthopedic supports and pharmaceutical specialties. From wound care to orthopedics, made in Mexico
Le Roy manufactures and supplies wound-care gauze and cotton, elastic and compression bandages, adhesive bandages, orthopedic elastic supports, plaster casting tapes, advanced wound dressings, protective equipment, maternal and baby items and disinfection products — a catalogue of more than a hundred references.
In 2000 Le Roy became the first Mexican wound-care manufacturer to obtain ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certification, the medical-device quality standards buyers and regulators expect.
Domestically we reach the market through ten sales offices; internationally we export to more than forty countries across Latin America, the Caribbean, North America, Europe and the Middle East, and serve the United States through our subsidiary Ambra Le Roy Medical Products in North Carolina.
Nearly nine decades

Manufacturing runs under ISO 13485 and ISO 9001, with COFEPRIS Good Manufacturing Practices and product health registrations. Every lot ships with the documentation importers need for customs and national registration.
For advanced wound care, Le Roy partners with established European manufacturers (such as Lohmann & Rauscher's Suprasorb and Curapor lines), giving buyers access to alginate, collagen, film and antimicrobial dressings alongside the core Mexican-made range.
